Termination on notice of (...) Explanation: Denúncia is a specific type of termination, i.e. termination prior to the end date initially agreed, or termination of contracts which have no fixed duration. Termination/denúncia is effected by the giving of prior notice of termination to the other party. 246. |

Notice terminating a Securities Deposit Account Agreement Explanation: No. this is not the same as the first answer as this has a different emphasis and a translation of the whole phrase. Denúncia in most, if not all, Romance lingos means notice of termination, though Franglais International treaties refer to 'denunciation of the treaty or pact'. Note that, for non-committal reasons, UK lawyers prefer the terminology of a non-binding Agreement to a binding Contract. Example sentence(s):

Notice of Termination of Deposit Account Agreement Explanation: On legal documents like this one, It's usually best to avoid using indefinite articles such as "a" and give priority to other simple prepositions like "of", for example. There are a lot of document samples like this one, found in trusted websites, which can be used as reference. |
