regularly/routinely Explanation: In PT-BR "sistematicamente" here is synonymous with "regularmente" (https://www.sinonimos.com.br/sistematicamente/) and with "constantly" (https://www.dicionarioinformal.com.br/sinonimos/sistematicam... I would say both of these work, but I would probably go with "regularly". |
