In diesem eindeutigen Kontext heisst der deutsche Begriff für das polnische Selekcjoner natürlich Türsteher.

der Türtsteher (männlich), die Türsteherin (weiblich).

Hoffe ich konnte weiterhelfe. Allerdings sind die beiden anderen Antworten leider falsch.

Sorry, kleiner Fehlerteufel. Ich sehe allerdings dass es in Deutschland ein reglementierter Beruf ist....

In der Schweiz gibt es das meines Wissens so nicht, daher würde ich empfhelen.

Der/die Türsteher/in wenn es informell gebraucht wird. Ansonsten der/die Einlasskontrolleur/in, wenn der Text einen formellen Kontext aufweist.
