Polish term

przedmiot wynalazku

Polish to English Law/Patents Patents
Zastrzegam się że nie wiem dokąd (Europa/NA) ten wniosek będzie wysyłany docelowo.

Czyli... albo the invention, bez żadnego dodatkowego słowa, albo specyficznie the subject of the invention.

Discussion

Jacek Rogala (X) Apr 10, 2019:
there is no "subject of the invention" correct, since the invention is the subject of the patent or the patent application :) ... but subject-matter of the invention is king, acctually because smth brand new has been chosen in order to invent smth brand new :)
Finally, a patent is a kind of decision.

'Object' odpada - tak podpowiada nasz kolega od patentów.

Standardowe zdania, to np.
The object/subject (matter) of this/the present invention

Jeśli chodzi o przedmiot wynalazku w sensie przykład realizacji/wdrożenia wynalazku, to wtedy 'a (particular/specific) embodiment of the invention' będzie lepsze - tak jak proponuje MacroJanus

magdadh (asker) Feb 20, 2015:
@ mike23

To jest standardowe zdanie patentowe, na pewno nie 'object' bo 'object' się pojawia owszem, ale zawsze jako 'objective/goal'. Albo 'subject' albo nic... 'the subject of the invention' gugluje ponad milion, wiec pewnie zostawie.
mike23 Feb 20, 2015:
Przydałoby się całe zdanie, szerszy kontekst
