Norwegian term or phrase: nultelinje
Hi, I looking to see if there's a more precise UK English expression for this other than hot line, perhaps having to do with the extension to dial, or something more urgent than "first-line" assistance. Perhaps it doesn't really refer to phone contact. It appears in the following. Thanks for your help!

Feltarbeidere jeg kom i kontakt med, understreket utekontaktens rolle som en «nultelinje» eller «sikkerhetsnett» som skal nå ut til
ungdom som «faller mellom alle stoler» i det offentlige systemet.

First tier/Tier 1 line
Explanation:
I've worked in contact/call centres where all calls initially go to a so-called "First Tier" department, almost like a Switchboard, except they can resolve very basic queries, otherwise the call is transferred to a second or even third tier agent, or another department entirely.
