English translation:About the war of the world
Explanation:
I assume that it is a title and in Latin the titles are always "DE + ablative" (remember the famous De bello gallico by Julius Caesar). Then actually according to my interpretation "mundis" should be a genitive..but in this case it should be "mundi"
So "De bello mundi" = About the war of the world

Concerning the ornaments/toilette for an attractive man.

Explanation:
I take mundis as ablative plural of mundus, and bello as dative from the adjective bellus -a -um. This is a problematic, polysemantic title.

disagree  Stephen C. Farrand: As Luis Antonio has pointed out, this is an online text with the title as stated. Changing it to something very clear is not an option!

-> I can't understand you, sorry.when I replied yesterday, there was no comment by Luis Antonio.Claudia's explaination is in Rumenian - and I do not understand it.I simply gave an explaination as far as grammar is concerned & a translation. what's wrong?

agree  Luis Antonio de Larrauri: Since the asker confirms it is the title of the article in the reference, I tend to think it might be a typo or a sort of invented Latin

On War, Regarding its Decorations/Ornaments

Explanation:
Without changing the text, this other option takes bello as ablative and mundis as dative plural.

agree  Luis Antonio de Larrauri: This would be literally correct, although I think it is not the probable translation.
