Pertaining to the Father - or? Explanation: Dear Lota, I am not familiar with this word. Are you sure about the spelling? Do you have any more context? Things I am thinking of: Patrini as a genitive or plural nominative adjective (patrinus - as in "pertaining/belonging to the father)... Patrimi as a genitive or plural nominative adjective (patrimus - as in "who still has a father) Otherwise, it might be "patroni" as in "advocates", "protectors"... godparents.
