the bus-stop in front of the university hospital


Explanation:
This appears to be the bus-stop outside the university hospital. If you put the address into google maps you can see it (with the name "大学病院前"). It's the bus stop to the left of the main entrance after the entry rotary/roundabout at the south end, just where the trees start.

A bus station/terminal opposite the university hospital in Osaka is shown from 3:00 in the linked video.

disagree  bistefano: That is 大学病院前 バス停 Google maps are not to be taken literally - they don't show a lot of details, like little offices adjuncted to sites like stations and so on - CAVEAT
