Brief History (or Description, or Background) of Meiji Shrine
Explanation:
In Eijiro, you find "abbreviation" or "brief sketch" for 略記.

However, "abbreviation" by itself does not sound good enough in this case given this Shinto shrine's special status (you know who is enshrined in this place I prsume).
Then you know there is a lot of history behind this place.
For this reason I believe "history" is not so far off.

In any event, 略記 is abbreviated story about something, in this case 明治神宮.
