Hi everyone,
I am translating a document concerning the appraisal of a vacant lot. It contains the following sentence concerning the calculation of the lot's price:

更地価格は取引事例比較法による比準価格及び収益還元法による収益価格を求め、更に公示（標準）価格等を規（比）準とした価格との均衡に留意して決定する。

Do you have any ideas on how 規（比）準とした could be rendered in this context? I don't understand what （比） stands for.
