If translating closer to the original, as done below, adding 'clinical' or equivalent might be wise to confine the reference to patient's needs to the most immediate and relevant to their current condition, its seems to me.

No! one dissonance in my offering: "relentless" does not suit this context of 'dedication'. It would, only if that 'dedication' was 'inflicted' to patients who, for some reason, only dream to see the the last of it.
Should have been "constant dedication'. Apologies. :-)
