Hello everyone!

This is my first time posting on KudoZ. I am translating documents related to accident reports and came across the term 直間. Through research, I found that it is an acronym for 直接員 and 間接員, however I am still having trouble coming up with an appropriate translation in this context.


The following is one example of how the term is used in these documents.

精神疾患による休業者の属性別内訳(2013年の精神疾患休業者の実人員であり、月次人員の平均とは異なる) 年齢別では約4割が40歳代。性別では約9割が男性。直間別では約7割が間接員。
