Enlargement of the Bundle of His

Explanation:
I am not very sure, but .. ...

I think "ヒス−" here refers to the "bundle of his" which sends the impulses from the atrioventricular (AV) node.
So, I am just guessing the translation might be - "Enlargement of the Bundle of His".

The condition, when the impulses are not able to travel through the "Bundle of His" is called - Bundle Branch block, and the second link gives information about it.
The first link gives info about "Bundle of His".

As I have not any text book of ECG, I did not check them.

By His bundle electrography, longer QRS like ventricular extrasystole can be ind out in the AV-block patient.
