Asker: ご回答ありがとうございました。私も一度、そのように考えましたが、ボルトを締めた後、動かないように溶接で止める、という作業と聞きました。ですので、いったん、All bolts shall be completely fixed by welding.としました。いろいろと資料URLをくださり、ありがとうございました。
