I am currently translating the document on Inspection Management Regulations.

I have come across the terms 設計込み一式外注品 and 性能込み外注組配 and I am finding it difficult to translate.

Please help me as I am stuck with these terms.

Full sentence goes as below

但し、経費番号及び設備番号による発注品は対象外とし、設計込み一式外注品(製品)、
および性能込み外注組配(製品)の受入検査は製品検査担当部門とする。

Early response is appreciated.

products where whole sets are outsourced including designing
Explanation:
設計込み一式外注品: products where whole sets are outsourced including designing

性能込み外注組配: outsourced wiring and assembly services including performance testing

I do not know why wiring and assembly can be 製品, though. Maybe it refers to wiring and assembly "concerning" products.

-> Thanks. Doesn't "kits" imply something relatively small? Kits may be good for some products.
