English translation:only for this company
Explanation:
I think this is talking about something for only one company or a section of the company, e.g. employees in the German subsidiary only.

In the context I'd go with "the costs generated by the head company and overseas branches" but something like "head office", "main company" or "head company" should be fine.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Just adding the sentence for context: 会計上の利益の大部分は事業会社レベルで稼得されたものであり、本社単体や海外店舗では、発生するCostをトレード収益では賄いきれずに、赤字が恒常的になるケース、多額の欠損金を抱えるケースが多くなっています。Thank you

main company on its own

Explanation:
単体 is a term used in contrast with "連結/consolidated" in financial reports. Usually, it is used for holding/parent company. So, it can be translated as holding company as an individual entity. But since I'm not sure of the organisational structure of the company you are translating for, I just suggested a more literal translation. In actual translation, I think you can use the one suggested by David in the note.
