「保全」は普段「conservation」や「maintenance」などに英訳しますが、今回は保険のことの為、「retention」の方が適切ではないかなと思いました。
特に引っ掛かるところはやはり「イメージワークフロー」です。

I agree "retention" would be a much better choice than "conservation" or "maintenance" for 保全. However, since 保全 is paired with 新規契約, it might be better to render it as "renewed contracts".
As for イメージワークフロー, I think it refers to a digitised workflow, where electronic images are used.
