Hi everyone. This has got me stumped. It's a quote by Zenjirou Yasuda.

I believe the overall meaning is something along the lines of it being more important to have conviction than genius or experience. Have Googled for far too long trying to find it ready or officially translated somewhere to no avail.

I'm looking for a relatively literal translation.
