generated energy/generated power Explanation: kwh indicates energy while kw indicates power I would therefore translate 発電電力量 as energy generation or generated energy (kwh) and 発電電力 as power generation or generated power. The same would apply to 消費電力量, which I would translated as consumed energy or energy consumption, and 消費電力 as consumed power or power consumption.
