Theme or technique Explanation: We usually don't use テ like this. Since this is from a training DVD and it appaers only one time in each section, I guess it is an abbreviation of theme or technique. However, if you would like to make sure about the meaning, you should ask to your client or agancy. I hope this will help. Good luck! |

Technique; how-to Explanation: My guess is that it can be an abbreviation for テクニック if it's a list like, for example, "beauty tips - how-to's - recommended products", something like this. |
