Thanks so much for everyone's input. Maliora-san, it says it can be used either alone or over lipstick. Your clear distinction between the two uses is definitely a good point to keep in mind.

I would also tend to agree with Rie's interpretation, but it would depend on a little more context. If the gloss is meant as a top coat, it would make sense for it to be a selling point for it not to mix with the underlying lipcolor and act simply as a gloss coat, making the color pop. However, if it is meant to as a lip gloss to be used on its own, I would be more inclined to believe that it was meant more towards it having a uniform color (I would probably translate it as smooth) and not have streaks or blotches.

I almost agree with Rie-san's interpretation, but 濁りのないリップグロス sounds strange to me. It's more natural to think both 濁りのない & 濃密な refer to ツヤ, but べたつきのないツヤ sounds odd as Shannon points out.

From the text, I think, it says that this lip gloss doesn't smear the lipstick color underneath and go cloudy (like nail polish/top coat), or it just doesn't give the murky look after application and stays translucent/sheer, so that you can still see the natural lip color or lipstick color underneath. And, I believe, both べたつき　and 濁り　refer to リップグロス.

Sticky or streaky for べたつき is good. ツヤ can be "shine". So, for 濁りのない, it means clear like "clear blue" as in oceasn. I can't think of good English words but imagin colored glass that is see through instead of being painted glass? Okay, I tried.

Hmm, I'm in a rush to get out of the door now, but off the top of my head the first thing that comes to mind is that the lip gloss is neither sticky nor streaky? I'll think about it properly later, but hope that gives you some thoughts.

IT *might* be describing the shine in this particular context. The full text is べたつきや濁りのない、濃密なツヤが長時間続くリップグロス。 I would apply the first part to the "lip gloss" itself, but it could be applied to the ツヤ, I suppose, though it would seem odd to apply べたつき（のない）that way.

Could it simply be referring to the clarity/purity of the colour? It's hard for me to say much without a bit more context or examples.
