篇 used to denote different versions of advertisements for a certain product.
So the literal definitions of "volume," "compilation," etc. are not quite right.
In this case, would you say 篇 = "version," or maybe "cut"?

For instance, tv ads are usually made in different lengths and a short one is called a short version and a long one is called a long version. I am not sure if "cut" is suitable. A movie edited by its director is often called director's cut, but I do not think it is commonly used in advertising contexts.

I think “issue” is suitable here. As we all know, advertisements are always issued and distributed in the form of print media or put out by means of media advertising, which take different forms for each issue.
