自課5 Copay taxable 5 Explanation: I have seen things like this used in accounting/billing as shorthand for bill types. If the date of the receipt is prior to the consumption tax increase, the 課5 to me suggests 課[税]5[%] and the 自 may refer to the taxable amount being the 自己負担 portion. Just an idea, but hope it helps. |
