Italian to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / General conditions of purchase
Italian term or phrase: anche in rivalsa
I have seen the several entries relating to this term in the Kudoz glossary.
I understand that it can be translated as "recourse", "claim", "compensation", "reimbursement" etc.
However, I would appreciate further advice on which would be the correct translation in this specific context:

8. Salvo diverso accordo scritto, il costo del trasporto, fino alla sede o alla destinazione indicata da XXXX (Company name) sarà a carico del Fornitore e da questo direttamente pagato agli spedizionieri-vettori di propria fiducia. Il Fornitore garantisce XXXX (Company name) di aver comunicato preventivamente agli spedizionieri-vettori incaricati del trasporto la totale liberazione del destinatario da ogni obbligo, anche in rivalsa.

recoup/redress

Explanation:
While the sense is pretty straightforward (should the Supplier refuse to pay the shipping companies invoices, the transport costs cannot be charged to Company XXX) I am really unsure whether recoup/redress might be used in this context.
