Perdona Nuria...tengo la mente de "siesta"....La segunda parte tal y como te la he dado no es muy correcta...serìa "EL CLIENTE ESTà SIEMPRE ASEGURADO Y LA EXPEDICIòN SERà REEMBOLSADA EN CASO DE ROBO, DETERIORO O PèRDIDA".
Puedes escoger entre "...Y LA EXPEDICIòN VENDRà REEMBOLSADA INTEGREAMENTE EN CASO DE...", "...Y EL COSTO DE LA EXPEDICIòN SERà REEMBOLSADO/REINTEGRADO AL REMITENTE EN CASO DE...."
Espero que entre todas estas encuentres la màs adecuada.

el clente quedará asegurado y la expedición se reembolsará


Explanation:
il "siempre" in spagnolo in questi contesti risulta poco elegante, io ti consiglio un quedar.
Nonché l'impersonale "se reembolsará", risulta più formale.
L'uso del futuro poi da l'idea di certezza (si usa per dare un ordine) e in questo contesto sottolinea il compromettersi dell'azienda nei punti che hanno elencato.
