Boa tarde, amigos, tive que ler diversas vezes para ver se estava lendo isso mesmo, porque nunca achei essa expressão...não tem sequência lógica para a tradução "e não..." de forma que não consigo nem supor o que signifique isso nos textos abaixo:

"nonché in ordine ad ogni pretesa, domanda ed azione, anche futura, direttamente e/o indirettamente connessa o comunque collegata ai fatti e rapporti dedotti in quel giudizio, rinunciando a sollevare anche in futuro qualsivoglia pretesa e/o contestazione in ogni sede giudiziale ***e non***;

4) ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all’art.- il Dott.- dichiara sin d’ora di surrogare integralmente..."
