Ich sehe gerade - der Link funktioniert nicht. Ooops! Also, "mezzo di soccorso avanzato" bei Goggle eingeben und dann auf "Unsere Jugendarbeit - fester Bestandteil unseres Vereins" (zweisprachige Fassung des Vereins Croce Bianca/Bozen) klicken. Ich hoffe, dass es dann klappt!

Dabei handelt es sich allerdings um m.W. nur für Italien geltende Bezeichnungen -
siehe
"Mezzo di soccorso avanzato (MSA), detto anche ambulanza medicalizzata: nell'equipaggio sono compresi uno o due soccorritori (di cui uno autista), un infermiere e un medico, spesso anestesista-rianimatore, provenienti dai reparti di pronto soccorso o direttamente dalla centrale operativa.."

Daher sollte vllt. das Original beibehalten werden, mit Erläuterung
(hier z.B. Anwesenheit eines Sanitäters und Artztes bzw. Anästhesisten, es geht also um einen Einsatz mit hoher Dringlichkeit; bezweifle aber, dass man "Hochdringlichkeitsfahrzeug" sagen kann :-P)

Ich vermute mal, das ist das, was manchmal auch "Reanimobil" genannt wird.
