diritto di gradimento di AAA ogni qualvolta BBB o CCC intendano trasferire, in tutto o in parte, la propria Partecipazione nella Società Concessionaria e il diritto di prelazione non sia esercitato; il gradimento può essere negato da AAA soltanto ove a) il terzo acquirente svolga attività concorrenziali con quelle della Società Concessionaria, con le proprie o con quelle delle società controllanti, controllate o sottoposte a comune controllo di AAA, oppure b) rispetto a detto terzo acquirente ricorra una causa di esclusione a norma dello Statuto; ovvero c) il trasferimento delle Partecipazioni a tale terzo acquirente sia altrimenti idoneo a pregiudicare la vigenza della Concessione;
