Je dois traduire un procès-verbal de notification après un controle fiscal effectué dans une entreprise.
Je bloque sur le terme "verbale di accesso" en parlant du droit d'accès aux livres comptables etc. Existe-t-il un terme spécifique en français ?

"Dopo le presentazioni di rito e l'esibizione dell'ordine di accesso, un esemplare del quale e stato consegnato alla Parte, i verbalizzanti, come dettagliatamente descritto nel ***processo verbale di accesso*** e di acquisizione documentazione, hanno invitato la Parte ad esibire i libri, i registri ed i documenti rilevanti ai fini del controllo."

La disamina, sotto il profilo fiscale, degli atti economici posti in essere dalla societa e stata condotta con l'assistenza del XXXX, Responsabile Amministrativo della verificata, in qualita di delegato dal legale rappresentante della societa verificata, giusta procura allegata al ***verbale di accesso**.

Traduire littéralement par "procès-verbal d'accès" me semble peu adapté.
