Come noto, a seguito del recepimento della l. 262/2005 e del d. lgls. 303/2006 è intervenuta la parificazione tra prodotti finanziari assicurativi e prodotti finanziari ed è stata estesa alle imprese assicurative la disciplina degli artt. 21 e 23 d. lgs. 58/1998 (“ testo unico finanziario » o “ t.u.f. » ), che regolano la prestazione di servizi e attività di investimento e la stipula dei relativi contratti.
