Italian term or phrase: inforcatura
Still saddles, this time for Eventing.

Studiata per un’inforcatura maggiore e un miglior contatto del cavaliere.

I have found "inforcatura" as the "gullet" of the saddle and also as the "leg contact" of the rider.

Here I'm not sure if they mean a larger gullet and better contact...
I don't have any more text to offer as help.
It's a single-flap saddle with long billets.
