Moderators: I have listed 'both' terms as they appear to mean the same thing, though literally "under their own name and on their own behalf/accountf (hence without a mandate" - noting that this is a Distributor whereby the term "propriety trader" may not apply to "proprio conto" (stock traders).

I am dubious about the "under their own name" and how this is properly termed, legally, and in context with "per proprio conto."

The name bit doesn't appear to address a business name as a legal entity. There is room for interpretation here should things become litigious .... I don't know why this acceptable ...
