• Servizi tecnici: attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli immobili, rapporti con le ditte incaricate dal Fondo, eseguendo il controllo sulle opere affidate; altri adempimenti cui è tenuta in genere la proprietà di unità immobiliari, a norma delle vigenti disposizioni;

• attività proprie delle fasi di acquisto o dismissione di unità immobiliari;

• attività di Property Facility per conto del Fondo chiuso riservato “Immobiliare Negri”.
