Nella parte superiore si trova il supporto premente (57) che chiude il motore con i quattro tiranti (19).

Il supporto premente porta oltre l' anello paracolpi anche una membrana elastica (54) che serve per compensare le variazioni di volume all' interno del motore.

Sul supporto premente sono pure montate le guarnizioni OR (59) per la chiusura della camicia premente (18) e i quattro prigionieri (27) che servono per chiudere la bocca premente (33).

Related to this is camicia premente, which I'm also unsure of but I'll put that in a different post. For the same context I found the translation of "corpo premente" as "discharge casing" but I'm drawing blanks on these other two terms.

See also this sentence "A single large disc spring designed as a separate component is produced the pretensioning forces between those closing the pump housing pressure-side..." (https://patents.google.com/patent/EP1125063B1/en). I missed writing that housing may be better than "support" and you can find it used more often.
