Italian term or phrase: giunti allestiti di tasselli antisfilamento

swivel joints (swivel outlet control) (tensile strength test)

Explanation:
You can't expect from us to see your context - you are the only one who can see it.
Please next time give enough context and explanation what about you translating. One of my permanent clients is a pipe producer so I despite the fact that IT is not my language I was interested in this particular question but I am wondering why you provided such small piece of text...

Materials testing breaks down into five major categories: mechanical testing; testing for thermal properties; testing for electrical properties; testing for resistance to corrosion, radiation, and biological deterioration; and nondestructive testing. Standard test methods have been established by such national and international bodies as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), with headquarters in Geneva, and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Philadelphia.

Static tension and compression tests
When subjected to tension (pulling apart), a material elongates and eventually breaks. A simple static tension test determines the breaking point of the material and its elongation, designated as strain (change in length per unit length).

Test machine grips are designed to transfer load smoothly into the test piece without producing local stress concentrations. The ends of the test piece are often slightly enlarged so that if slight concentrations of stress are present these will be directed to the gauge section, and failures will occur only where measurements are being taken. Clamps, pins, threading, or bonding are employed to hold the test piece. Eccentric (nonuniform) loading causes bending of the sample in addition to tension, which means that stress in the sample will not be uniform. To avoid this, most gripping devices incorporate one or two **swivel joints** in the linkage that carries the load to the test piece. Air bearings help to correct horizontal misalignment, which can be troublesome with such brittle materials as ceramics.

– Tensile strength test: Tensile testing, sometimes known as tension testing, is a controlled engineering test whereby a sample undergoes controlled and sustained tension until failure occurs. Properties such as tensile strength and breaking strength can be determined through the results of this test.

https://www.researchgate.net/post/Is_it_possible_to_do_tensi...
in the case of pipes, the tensile test may be performed on a sufficiently long section of the entire pipe. To enable the specimen to be secured in the test machine, mandrels have to be inserted into the pipe ends, cf. Figure 2.3, specimen shape E, or the pipe ends have to be pressed flat. Where the pipe diameter precludes testing a length of the entire pipe, tensile specimens of shape F are to be taken from the pipe wall.Where the wall thickness of the pipe is sufficient, cylindrical specimens as prescribed in 1.3.2 may alsobe used. The specimens shall then be taken from thesample in such a way that their axis is located at the mid-point of the wall thickness.

There are various ASTM standards for testing pipe depending on the material type and the dimensions

disagree  Rosanna Palermo: swivel couplings are not used in burst testing; tensile strength tests are used to check how far the material can be pulled (and therefore stretch) before it breaks

The Hose Barb Grips and Seals
A hose barb is defined as one or more continuous ridges or bumps on a fitting that are used to grip the inside
diameter of a tube and seal the connection. As a tube is installed on the fitting, it expands over the barb. Grip
and seal occur as the tube tries to relax to its original inside diameter behind the barb. For most applications,
one hose barb on a fitting provides 100% of the sealing and most of the holding force for a tubing termination.
Certain applications or tubing quality require a tie or clamp to provide additional holding power. While
compression and screw‐on fittings have their place, the barbed fitting remains the dominant system for
connecting flexible tubing.

neutral  Rosanna Palermo: Non si tratta di murature, ma dei "burst test" per tubature. Anche l'ultima non va bene, quelli si chiamano "lock couplings" vedi qui https://www.mcmaster.com/twist-lock-fittings/
