Anybody have any ideas for translating this? I would have thought of simply company regulations but there is already a "Regolamento Aziendale". The document itself gives the following definitions:

"Ordinamento Aziendale:
Documento ufficiale di XXX che descrive le responsabilità delle Unità Operative e dei Servizi delle singole Aree"

"Regolamento Aziendale:
Documento ufficiale di XXX che descrive la Governance aziendale e le responsabilità del Consiglio d’Amministrazione, Amministratore Delegato e Direttore Generale, Vice Direttore Generale, Funzioni di Controllo e Alta Direzione"
