La pasta è realizzata con uova fresche da allevamenti a terra e il ripieno è privo di sale, aromi e altri additivi.

This is apparently different from "free range", which, if I understand correctly, is "allevamento all'aperto", and is different also from "allevamento a gabbia"; apparently these are the 3 main systems of raising chickens. No hits for "ground raised chickens".

VMeneghin's suggestion is technically correct but, I think, not appropriate for the message that the Italian text is trying to communicate. The expression "barn-raised" is widely used in English because the word "barn" has cuddly, "family farm" associations. Alas, the reality of "barn feeding" is this:
