Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs

grazie mille

Called to inherit

Explanation:

Alternate 'universal' > residuary beneficiary

Explanation:
Residuary doesn't not mean of the left-overs, rather of the 'resdiue' of the whole estate after deduction of legacies and debts.

E+W party cited as entitled > to inherit or to take out probate <

Possibly connected with the 'delazione' question in the second weblink.

Coniuge rinunciatario: a disclaiming spouse connotes to me one refusing the estate / successione or to take out a grant of probate as would be hit with liabilities, rather than assets:

'Un'altra differenza fondamentale tra eredità e legato sta in ciò: la prima deve essere accettata (espressamente o tacitamente) dal chiamato mentre il legato si acquista di diritto senza che si renda necessario un formale atto di accettazione. Residuary doesn't ...mean

Example sentence(s):
  • During a marriage or defacto relationship, it is commonplace that one of the parties becomes entitled to receive an inheritance.
  • In base alle norme del codice civile che disciplinano le successioni (articoli da 456 a 768), il chiamato all'eredità è il successore a titolo universale: residuary : overall heir/ess of the residue
