Società > chiamata/intervento di causa Corporate > co-defendant/served with third-party notice Explanation: I think the feminine form must indicate a company or partnership - cf llamada en garantia in ESP > US: 'implead' E+W 'serve with third-party proceedings', intervento in the masc. being a process rather than a party. In E+W, a claimant can 'add a co-defendant' to the action, namely another defendant, whilst a defendant can join in a third- or fourth-party etc. defendant. Unsure of the background, I've conflated both scenarios. I have a note of intervento di causa but not di cosi... So: 'in its final judgment entered on...' Example sentence(s):
