Italian to English Marketing Internet, e-Commerce Layout Guidelines
I'm having real trouble finding an appropriate meaning for the above term. I wonder if you could help.

These are layout guidelines for where to position logos, how big they should be, font size and type etc.

One of the bullet points is:
Posizione web site e note consumi
Il web site deve essere allineato alla testa del logo mentre la nota dei consumi al suo piede.

Can anyone help with the term "nota dei consumi"?

Consumi I find 'consumi' is often employed for the noun 'use' - and internet site visitors are sometimes called 'users.' Although there is a little difference bewteen 'site users' and 'site visitors' (and even between 'site hits' and 'site visits') - I think the important overall idea here is to monitor the number of internet 'users' who have visited the site.

Thanks for your contributions. The other thing I had thought was if people were buying products from the website, but there is nothing in the text to indicate that is the case. I'll see what the client says.

Yes, I agree with Earnest, unless there is some sort of energy savings blurb having to do with the product or service offered in the site, though it seems unlikely. This seems to be a visitor click counter box with the context you have offered.
