'La comunicazione del *** rispecchia i valori che sono alla base del lavoro dell’Organizzazione'

I am struggling to translate 'comunicazione'. The document goes on to say 'È una comunicazione diretta' and 'È una comunicazione puntuale', as well as 'I numeri della comunicazione'. It comes from a chapter of a report discussing the success of a health campaign led by an international development charity in Africa.

The heading of this part of the report is 'Comunicazione e raccolta fondi'

I am unsure as to whether it refers to the abstract concept of communication, or a message, or a physical report....

Any help would be much appreciated, grazie!

And there you go. The report is clearly about the advertising used in a fundraising campaign, the photos, the figures the underlying message. It is not about internal memos or instructions to the bank.

As a generic title you could also use this and then use communication thereafter as I'd say it's referring to the way the organization interacts with the public, the media etc.
