Italian term or phrase: \"Gratuita fino a 3 pratiche\"
Sto traducendo una tabella che riporta i vari servizi forniti da un'organizzazione no profit alle diverse aziende sponsor. Non ci sono dunque veri e propri periodi o frasi.

Contesto:

"Servizio offerto: gestione pratiche burocratiche --> gratuita fino a 3 pratiche, poi a tariffa agevolata"

Ho provato a traudurre l'espressione così: "free of charge up to 3 pieces of paperwork".
Cosa ne pensate?
Grazie come sempre per il vostro aiuto! =)

English translation:up to 3 procedures free of charge
Explanation:
Or "first 3 procedures free of charge"

Of course the translation would be more precise if we knew exactly what their service entails. But this is the meaning.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for your answer. A member of the organization has just told me that these bureaucratic procedures concern tenders, the export of goods, rental contracts. The management (managing?) of these procedures is one the services that companies (at least those which chose a premium sponsorship) package are provided with by the organization.

Asker: *package should be between brackets
