Italiano term

regola di rimborso estinzioni anticipate

Da Italiano a Inglese Legale/Brevetti Assicurazioni
HI, I am translating an Italian insurance document with the phrase 'regola di rimborso estinzioni anticipate'. My translation would be 'early termination refund rule' - does this sound ok?

Sorry- if the asker provided that info... For example: The early extinguishment fee regulation provides that fees will be refunded on the basis of ......
It would perhaps also be helpful if you provided the whole sentence in the source text containing this term.

Early extinguishment [fee] refund regulation

It is essentially a regulation regarding reimbursement of fees when a loan is repaid early. This is listed on bank statements as "loan prepayment refund."
See below for how this works in Italy and there is also a link for a brief overview of how this works in the US.
Other options would be : Regulation on the reimbursement of fees on early extinguishment or Loan prepayment refund regulation.
