Salve, mi potreste suggerire una possibile traduzione per "scalare il capo"?. Si parla di organizzazione aziendale e del fatto che in America non accettino molto le decisioni prese dai loro superiori.
Ecco la frase:

Il grado di accettazione alla distanza di potere (percezione del potere): è considerata la distanza che chi è subordinato avverte verso chi gli è gerarchicamente superiore, nonché il grado in cui si accetta che il potere sia distribuito in modo iniquo. Explanation:
userei to bypass perchè l'altro termine simile, to go over the head, è da usare solo se si scavalca il capo chiedendo la cosa ad un'autorità superiore a lui/lei.
To bypass invece è un pò più generico e indica prendere una strada alternativa che non passi per quel capo (ignorando il capo) non indica che lo faccio passando necessariamente per un il suo superiore.
