Vote flows Explanation: Third time's a charm (maybe). Looking at the CISE website (as others have mentioned) makes it clear that we are talking about a specific phenomenon, i.e., the shift in voting from one election to the next. To do this, they use a specific kind of chart that illustrates movement or "flows", so the word "flow" needs to be in the translation.
