vi posso inviare un p&d di una installazione tipo , per questo volume , fatta su un cliente .

This appears in a document relating to filtration systems and seems to refer to a plan or similar; I can't find the term in either Italian or English dictionaries. I think the author may be non-native Italian.

planning and design/il progetto
Explanation:
Hi Charlotte,
Do you have any clue where the author might be from?
Given the context, I suspect p&d to stand for "planning and design", but I can't be 100% sure, of course.
In Italian I would translate it as "il progetto".

Notes to answerer
Asker: This is in the Italian. "Planning and design" makes sense. I don't know where the author comes from; I just get sent these memos out of context by an agency, but the quality of writing is not that brilliant (then again, I know plenty of native English speakers can't write English....).

Asker: Thanks Daniela. It's obviously an English term being used in an Italian text. No wonder I was confused!
