Salmon fillet


Explanation:
To me, this sounds like the smallish, high-sided oblong-shaped piece of fillet in the reference. I've always seen it referred to simply as a salmon fillet.

All references to "ingot" that I can find are from Italian, Catalan, or Spanish websites. Obviously, it is the literal translation of "lingotto", but we simply don't use it in English for fish fillet slices.
