agree  philgoddard: This is good, intelligent translation. I'm assuming it's a recipe or menu item, in which case "dough" is probably not correct.

  -> thanks! though technically it's the dough that's proofed, not the actual pizza. Maybe "pizza made with handmade slow-rise dough"?
