I have no other info, except that this is a list of copper age items at a museum in Puglia.
There are entries such as this around but no reliable photos as far as I can see:

I'm thinking it is a sort of heel-shaped pot base but have no idea what the equivalent term in English might be.

Mould-made pottery lamp with a double-convex body, two long nozzles with splayed blunt ends, and a heel-shaped base, sunken within. The small sunken filling-hole area is surrounded by concentric mouldings, the outer one decorated with bead-and-reel pattern.
