Hi all,

I'm translating an article on funeral rites and grave goods.

I cremati erano deposti in fossa semplice oppure in strutture tombali, che potevano essere ad anfora segata e capovolta, alla cappuccina o a cassetta di tegole. In rari casi sono documentati semplici monumenti funerari in pietra collocati a vista, come nel caso della ***stele a pseudoedicola *** con il ritratto dei due defunti da Posmon-via Foresto e delle urne quadrangolari rinvenute a Posmon-via Monte Civetta.

Stele is, of course, steles/stelae, but what about that pseudoedicola? Any ideas what it might refer to? I'd be very grateful for any help. TIA.
